Billing questions

What is a Host laptop?

The laptop that sits in the meeting. Pricing is per Host: each one gets its own free minutes, its own meter and, if you choose it, its own subscription. The laptop you are at (your Remote) is always free.

What counts as meeting time?

Minutes while your Remote is live and sending camera or microphone to a Host that is in a meeting. Pairing, the Away slate and time with the Remote stopped are free. A started minute counts as a minute.

How do the free minutes work?

Every Host laptop gets 30 minutes of meeting time before anything is charged. They are tied to that laptop, so reinstalling the extension or making a new account does not refresh them.

How does pay as you go work?

You top up a balance in the dashboard (from $25). While you are live, $0.42 a minute comes off it, which is $25 an hour. The balance never expires and is shared by all your Host laptops.

What happens if my balance runs out during a meeting?

Both laptops show a countdown when under five minutes remain, with a link to top up. If the balance reaches zero, the session ends and the meeting sees the Away slate. Topping up and going live again continues the meeting.

How does the subscription work?

$500 covers one Host laptop for 30 days of unlimited meeting time. It is bound to that laptop. It does not auto-renew: pay again to extend it, otherwise the Host goes back to pay as you go.

How do I pay?

With crypto through a hosted checkout. Prices are in US dollars; you pick the coin and the checkout shows the amount. If a payment arrives short, the amount received is credited to your balance.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so top-ups and subscriptions are final. Unused balance stays on your account for as long as you keep it.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Every payment has a PDF invoice in Billing. You can add a company name and VAT number there.
